So. This cube was just at best okay out of the box. It had a decent stable feel but was really clunky and too blocky for my liking. I considered giving up on this cube, but decided to have a go at setting it up to see how it went. And boy am I glad I did.
I basically just covered the core in weight 5 and the pieces with weight 2&1, and loosened the puzzle a bit, if you were wondering, and now the cube is so much better. It's quite fast, has a really smooth feel, and most importantly flows really nicely. Soo much better with setup but I completely recommend going through with it if you get this cube. (Works with non-magnetic too.)
The magnetic strength and feel of the cube are on the lighter side, and to me it feels like a much more stable and nicer feeling yuxin white (with magnets). It's almost effortless to turn on looser tensions (but not uncontrollable) and works very nicely for achieving high TPS, and has a nice silky crunchy feel as well.
