The QiMing Pyraminx by QiYi is part of their budget range of puzzles that is ideal for beginner solvers.  These puzzles are stable and smooth and are available at a great price.  The budget QiYi range have a mat stickerless colour, which is scratch resistant. 

Stickerless means the plastic is colored and there is no need for stickers, which can peel and chip.

Good, reliable pyraminx

This is my second pyraminx and it's perfectly good. It's a tiny bit stiff at first but after playing with it for about a day, it's worn in a bit and is nice and smooth. Good stable action.
